Ask Meriah Anything, single session
You’d be surprised what we can accomplish in just 60 or 90 minutes! This is a highly flexible way of working together. We can talk about literally ANYTHING that’s on your mind.
Recently my Single Session clients have covered topics such as these: How to get the most out of giving a free talk, how to ask for a raise, or how to choose an ideal client. Some have asked for feedback on pricing or the outline for a course or e-book. Others have asked for input on setting up a Facebook page or discovering the best name for a new company. Some have wanted my opinion on best ways to keep track of new prospects, schedule social media consistently for greater impact, or write an effective cover letter for a proposal.
This option is ideal if you want to move forward and are tired of being the ‘everything person.’ If you want someone to lean on for a bite-size answer, I’m happy to share expertise, direction and encouragement with you. This is ideal for many people, for instance, those who have full-time jobs and are building their dream business on the side.
You can schedule calls as often or as irregularly as you like; you are only committing to one call. 60 or 90-minute calls avaiilable.

Progress Plan
The Progress Plan is perfect for people who are working diligently on moving forward in their business or project and want to stay the course and make substantial, consistent progress over time.
The Progress Plan includes two to four 60-minute phone or zoom sessions per month plus weekly email support.
It can also include targeted done-for-you marketing tasks such as: setting up your email system, creating a giveaway, setting up your lead generation funnel and automatic message sequences (autoresponders), setting up your social media profiles.
The Progress Plan requires at least a 6- month commitment. Prices begin at $1,400 per month.

Triumph Plan
The Triumph Plan is the most concentrated, intensive, and fastest way we can work together. Rather than spreading the work out so that we talk occasionally (Single Session Plan), or 2-4 times a month with email support (Progress Plan), we define a set time period for accomplishing specific goals. This plan is ideal for someone who wants fast results and has specific outcomes in mind.
For instance, many of my clients choose a Triumph Plan when they want to create a new or renovated website. I guide them through all the necessary planning, answering the Seven Questions, BEFORE they go to a web designer. (In some cases, I can also recommend an excellent web designer and we can all work together to get the job done.)
Past Triumphant Examples: $1,800 for a special event marketing campaign; $1,500 to help a shamanic bodyworker tell her story and develop a marketing brochure; $3,200 for copy-writing and advising on a new website (in collaboration with the web designer); $8,800 to conduct student marketing research for a community college; $4,600 to help launch a new business in the education space; $6,500 for advising a retiree in transition get her business off the ground; $12,000+ for various services related to starting a new nonprofit organization; $32,000 for re-writing program copy for a community college website and brochures.

In your *Free Consultation, we define how much and what kinds of support you want. After getting an overall sense of your project, I will quote you a customized fee based on your needs, the scope of your project, and how quickly you want to work. Once we reach an agreement, I’ll send you a simple letter of agreement, and then we can dive into the work together!
