Health & Wellness Coaching is for you if your body is asking for something different — in how you eat, how you move, how you manage stress, how you rest, hydrate, overextend or pace yourself, integrate holistic practices with your doctor’s medical advice, or something else.
Even though the body is often the instigator, change at this level is rarely just physical. It touches identity, habit, belief, and self-image in ways that go far deeper than WILLPOWER. This is where neuroscience, habit change, and body-mind integration come in — and where sustainable transformation becomes possible.
Many women are surprised and delighted to find that they really CAN change with the help of a coach, whereas going it alone hasn’t yielded the hoped-for results.
Sovereign Woman Coaching
Sovereign Woman Coaching is for you if you are navigating one or more of the questions women often wrestle with at this stage of life.

Single Session — a focused, one-time conversation for a woman who has a specific question, decision, or situation she wants to think through with a skilled partner. No commitment beyond the session itself.
12-Week Coaching Intensive — a sustained arc of twelve weekly sessions, designed to create real momentum around a specific area of your life. Enough time to go deep. Structured enough to keep moving. Payment plans are available.
